Volunteer Outreach Trips:
Every year, SOS chapters coordinate and run volunteer outreach trips that use the funds generated through Exam Aid sessions to improve access to holistic education in Latin America. Through working with a local partner organization, these trips support sustainable community education development projects that contribute to breaking the cycle of poverty.
Typically, these trips run in May and August for two weeks, and are paid for by individual volunteers. Groups live in the communities, and work primarily on the construction of various infrastructure projects, such as school rooms, teacher houses and dining centers. It is an incredible opportunity for students to learn and work with new communities and lifestyles, ultimately broadening understandings of the world and roles within it.

| "One of our biggest achievements has been receiving support from organizations like yours. No words can express our gratitude to you."

| "To put is simply, my first trip with SOS won't be my last and I'd recommend this to anyone who has the smallest or biggest urge to make positive change and impact on a community, new friends and most of all yourself."
